I figured it out!
Just to let you all know i FINALLY figured it out! I now know how to add links... So check out the Smith& Nephew....its where i work...It tells you a little bit about where i workand what the company is about. I work for "Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics" and well my brother Jon's blog...

My, my, how creative we Owens' can be. Now, like I told your sister, you just need to figure out how to add hyperlinks in the middle of your posts. So, for instance, someone could click on "my brother Jon's blog" and arrive at my blog...
Also, be careful how much you write about S&N -- I've heard of people being fired because they said too much about their company on their blog. Remember Big Brother is watching... (Not me, your big brother, but capital "B" Big Brother). I mean, I will be watching, but... err... Oh, nevermind...
